I Survived The Line and Grabbed an iPhone

After some expert help from some new friends on the O'Reilly blogging network, I realized that if I went the the Lennox mall in Atlanta it would probably be a lost cause.  So...I decided to stake my bets on a small AT&T store in Fayetteville, GA.
My wife, my 7 month old son and I stood outside, dodging rain and we barely got one.  We were among the last group of people to get an iPhone.  Ahh victory....it smells like a brand new iPhone!
No fair...my wife's phone just worked and activated and mine is stuck...arghh..

I have mine too! I am having to wait 24 hours for my old t-mobile number to be transferred... boo!

Ya, my wife's phone works and mine doesn't and she won't let me play with it :(

What time did you get there, and how many people were there? I'm going this Friday to that store to get the 3G Iphone. I'm just wondering what my chances are and how early I should arrive. Thanks!
