3 sets: 225x8 3 sets: lat pulldowns 200lb x 10
cardio: precor 30
feeling: really surprised how easy it was to do 225 x 8 since I have lifted weights in at least a month or more, just cranking out 50 pushups in a row every day. I wonder if this is better to do 50+ pushups a day than?
