Gym: 12 sets of chest split between 4 movements. 20 min on revolving stair + 20 minute shooting baskets /2x30 pushups at night
Feeling: It has been a few years since I had a gym membership, as I have mostly switched to my home gym and running. I like the regularity of a gym. I will probably be working out 7 days a week for quite some time now. I need get in peak condition, as I am starting to write another book.

feeling:  damn hot.  It was about 95 degress at 5PM when I ran and probably 80% humidity.  I am proud I did a half way decent workout, but that was crazy.
