feeling: I got 225 6 times today which was a bit surprising. I guess I am still strong, but it has been at least a few years since I even tried 225lb other than last week.

feeling: felt cool to do 225lb a few times again. It has been a few years since I last used 225 to work out.

night: 1x50 pushups.
feeling: need to do as many of these sets of pushups as I can on the day I do chest.

thursday/16 sets chest + 45 precor
friday/ 12 sets legs + 20 min revolving stairs + 25 precor

feeling: I need to have a 45 min cardio rule from now on. There should NEVER be less than 45 minutes. The benefits are to great to pass up. I also need to map out runs from the gym, so I can get a few big long runs in.
