mon/tues: chest 16 sets, back 16 sets.
feeling: very, very glad I did 1 hour today. It is amazing the effect one hour of exercise has on my overall feeling of happiness.

20 minute circuit training
40 pushups + 6 pullups + 5 minutes precor circuit for 20 minutes.

30 min precor + 40 pushups + 6 pullups immediately afterwards
feeling: I kind of like doing upper body endurance training on the weekend. I also like the idea of getting to 100 pushups in a row and say 20 pullups in a row. Good goal.

chest+precor
chest: 4 sets. Was able to do 225 10 times with help on the last one. 30 min precor. Yesterday legs + 45 min precor.
feeling: pretty happy with constant improvement in bench press every week although I can't imagine getting an extra two reps every week on 225 any more, but who knows. Maybe I can get 225 11 times next week.

feeling: 225 felt a bit heavy, but I still got 7 w/o a spot. Hoping I can continue to make some very quick progress towards my goal of doing as many reps as a NFL Linebacker by December.

feeling: very happy to get 225 6 times. I have a new goal, I want to be able to rep 225 as many times as a typical NFL combine player, which would be in the 20's. That should be fun.
