I also like the idea of getting to 100 pushups in a row and say 20 pullups in a row. Was able to do 225 10 times with  help on the last one.  30 min precor.  Yesterday legs + 45 min precor.&lt;br /&gt;feeling:  pretty happy with constant improvement in bench press every week although I can't imagine getting an extra two reps every week on 225 any more, but who knows.
